Why the network was formed
Trade agreements alone are no longer enough. Businesses need trusted cross-border connections, practical compliance and market knowledge, and a community that can move at the speed of global change. VGTN was created to bring those pieces together in one working ecosystem — not another association, but a place where every actor in Vietnam–global trade has a seat and a reason to return.
Why We Initiated VGTN
While developing TradeComply, we repeatedly observed that technology alone cannot solve the challenges of international trade.
Many businesses struggle not because of product quality, but because they lack trusted networks, practical market insights and meaningful international connections.
To address this gap, TradeComply initiated Vietnam Global Trade Network (VGTN) as an open ecosystem where businesses, experts and organizations can collaborate to create long-term opportunities beyond technology.
TradeComply proudly serves as the founding initiator and technology partner of this growing network.
TradeComply’s founding role
TradeComply initiated and convened VGTN as founding chapter 2026 — shaping standards, partners, and dialogues, and hosting the network’s first public Trade Dialogue Series. Phuong Nguyen, Founder of TradeComply, serves as initiator of VGTN and host of these Trade Dialogues.
